“三全育人”下的大学生思想政治教育实效性研究

Research on the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education for College Students under the "Threepronged" Comprehensive Education

"三全育人"工作要求高校思想政治教育必须融入人才培养各环节,推动实现知识教育与价值塑造、能力培养有机结合,构建纵观的一体化育人体系。笔者认为从思想政治教育人才的培养视角和现代教育教学视角,对当前我国大学生思想政治教育工作队伍及组织架构进行审视,有助于促进新时期大学生的思想政治教育工作取得实效。

The requirement of the"three-pronged"comprehensive education is the whole process of education,all-round education and full-staff education,which is to integrate ideological and political education into the training of talents,and is to promote knowledge education,value modelling and ability training.The author thinks that if we examine the structure of ideological and political education of college students from the perspective of modern education and teaching,it will help to promote the ideological and political education of college students in the new era.
