应用型人才培养目前最核心的问题就是毕业生的专业动手能力不足。这就要求应用型高校必须重视学生的专业实践教学,给学生创造更多的实践机会,让学生在实践中锻炼自己的专业能力。校企合作人才培养,整合学校、企业的优势资源,根据人才需求培养学生的实践能力,使学生在毕业后能够更迅速地适应生产需要,因此本文对当前校企合作存在的问题及对策进行探讨,期待校企双方在平等、自愿、互利的合作状态下,培养出更优质的应用型人才,以满足社会经济发展的需求。

The core issue of applied talent cultivation is the lack of professional competence of graduates.This requires that applied universities must pay attention to the professional practice teaching of students,create more practical opportunities for students,and let students exercise their professional ability in practice.Through university-enterprise cooperative talent training,we can integrate the superior resources of universities and enterprises,cultivate students'practical ability according to talent demand,so that students can adapt to production needs more quickly after graduation.Therefore,this paper discusses the problems and countermeasures of current university-enterprise cooperation.It is expected that both universities and enterprises will cultivate applied talents with better quality in an equal,voluntary and mutually beneficial cooperation to meet the needs of social and economic development.
