中国环境法医学的研究现状及发展趋势

Research Status and Development Trend of Environmental Forensics in China

环境法医学是一门新兴学科,在查处污染源、保护环境、打击环保犯罪等方面具有重要作用。环境损害司法鉴定已经成为司法鉴定的重要内容。通过对环境法医学的起源、中国环境法医学的研究现状和今后发展趋势分别进行综述和展望,为中国环境法医学的快速、稳健发展提供参考,以寄望加快推进国家生态文明建设,不断提高环境损害司法鉴定管理工作水平,努力为新时代美丽中国建设做出新贡献。

As an emerging discipline,environmental forensics plays an important role in investigating pollution sources,protecting the environment as well as combating environmental crimes.Forensic identification of environmental damage has become an important part of forensic expertise.The origin of environmental forensics,the current research situation and future development trend of it in China were summarized and prospected respectively,which would provide reference for the rapid and steady development of environmental forensics in China.It was hoped to accelerate the construction of national ecological civilization,constantly improve the level of environmental damage judicial identification,and strive to make new contributions to the construction of beautiful China in the new era.
