摘要
为建立并创新与现代气象业务发展和培训要求相适应的教学方式方法,本文以微课资源为基础,按照以课前自学和课上强化为主要形式的"翻转课堂"教学理念,探索出适合气象教育在职培训的"微课主导型翻转课堂"教学设计模型,并以大气科学基础知识培训班为试点班型,以统考课程"天气学"为示范课程课,研究"微课主导型翻转课堂"的培训理念在气象教育培训中的应用。
In order to establish and innovate teaching methods which are compatible with the development and training requirements of modern meteorological services,based on micro-lecture resources,and according to the"flipped classroom"teaching concept with pre-class self-study and classroom strengthening as the main form,we have explored a teaching and design model that is suitable for on-the-job training in meteorological education.With the basic knowledge training class in atmospheric science as a pilot class and the unified course"Synoptic Meteorology"as a model course,we study the application of the training concept of"micro-lecture-oriented flipped classroom"in meteorological education and training.
