本文从企业角度调查分析当前大学生的就业价值取向、企业对高校的人才培养建议等,以获取高校人才培养需求的第一手资料,为改善高校对大学生的就业指导和人才培养质量、引导大学生树立正确的就业观念、提高就业竞争力提供借鉴。

This paper analyzes the current employment value orientation of college students and enterprises'talent training suggestions for colleges from the perspective of enterprises in order to obtain the first-hand information of talent training needs of colleges,provide a reference for improving college students'employment guidance and quality of talent cultivation,guiding college students to establish a correct concept of employment and improving employment competitiveness.
