摘要
在新高考实施和国家推行撤并校背景下,乡村学校出现了小班化现象,为提高教育教学质量,在小班中学学科探索数学分层教学。树立以学生为主体的因材施教理念,从学生的学习力、教学目标、作业考试要求、学习方法等多方面进行深入详细的分类分层教学。
In the context of the new college entrance examination and the integration of schools,small-class teaching occurs in rural schools.In order to improve the quality of education and teaching,stratified teaching is explored in small-class mathematics teaching.We should establish a student-centered concept of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,and carry out in-depth and detailed classified and stratified teaching from the aspects of students'learning ability,teaching objectives,homework and test requirements,and learning methods.
