On the Connotation and Effect of Mental Health Education Course in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校心理健康课程在引导学生认识自我、处理人际关系、管理情绪、调节自身言行等方面有着积极的效用,本文结合课程主题梳理、解析高职院校心理健康课程内涵,并阐述大学生心理健康教育课的效能,以期为教学工作提供思路,充分发挥课程在大学生心理健康教育中主阵地的作用。

Psychological health course in higher vocational colleges has a positive effect in guiding students to know themselves,deal with interpersonal relationships,manage emotions and regulate their own words and deeds.This paper combs and analyzes the connotation of mental health course in higher vocational colleges,and expounds the effectiveness of mental health education course for college students,in order to provide ideas for teaching work and give full play to the course in college students’psychology.
