图书馆青年管理员的再教育探讨

Discussion on Re-education of Young Librarians

图书馆是人们获取知识、能力的重要场所之一。但是由于社会整体的发展风气过于浮躁,内部管理人员的综合素养与能力难以满足读者的阅读与查阅需求,使读者的满意度无法全面达成。本文在研究工作进行的过程中,首先提出了图书馆管理人员应该具备的三种素质,即过硬的专业知识、完善的计算机与网络技术以及突出的外语水平。其次,将图书馆青年管理员接受再教育的内容进行阐述说明;最后,提出了图书馆青年管理员接受再教育的途径。对其后续发展具有更强的推进作用。

The library is one of the important places for people to acquire knowledge and ability.However,because the overall development of the society is too impetuous,the comprehensive quality and ability of internal management personnel can hardly meet the reading and consulting needs of readers,so that the satisfaction of readers cannot be fully achieved.In the process of research work,this paper first puts forward three qualities that librarians should possess,namely,excellent professional knowledge,perfect computer and network skills and outstanding foreign language level.Secondly,the contents of the re-education of young librarians are elaborated.Finally,the ways for re-education of young librarians ae put forward.The above will have a stronger impetus to the subsequent development of young librarians.
