细毡毛忍冬对四氯化碳致大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用

Protective Effects of Lonicera similis Hemsl. on CCl4 -induced Acute Liver Injury in Rats

本文旨在研究细毡毛忍冬水提物和醇提物对四氯化碳致大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用及差异。通过CCl4致大鼠急性肝损伤模型,检测大鼠肝组织丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)活性;检测大鼠血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、白蛋白(ALB)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总胆红素(TBIL)活性以及肝脏指数和肝组织病理学检查(H.E.染色),研究细毡毛忍冬的保肝作用。结果显示,与模型组相比,细毡毛忍冬各剂量组均可明显降低血清ALT、AST、ALP、TBIL、LDH和γ-GT的活性和减少肝组织MDA含量(P<0.05,P<0.01),并升高肝组织SOD,GSH-px的活性以及大鼠血清中ALB、GSH的活性(P<0.05,P<0.01),该研究表明细毡毛忍冬对CCl4致大鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用,且醇提物优于水提物。

To investigate the protective effects of aqueous extracts and ethanol extracts of Lonicera similis Hemsl.on carbon tetrachloride induced liver injury in rats.Acute liver injury was induced by CCl4 in rats.The activities of malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-px)levels in liver tissue,the activities of gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GT),alanine transaminase(ALT),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),glutathione transaminase(AST),albumin(ALB),glutathione(GSH)alkaline phosphoric acid(ALP),total bilirubin(TBIL)in serum,liver index and liver histopathological examination(H.E.staining)were measured in acute liver injury rats by carbon tetrachloride.Compared with the model group,the Lonicera similis Hemsl.aqueous extracts and ethanol extracts administration groups could significantly reduce activities of ALT,AST,ALP,TBIL,LDH andγ-GT in serum,content of MDA,and increase SOD and GSH-px activity significantly in the liver tissue(P<0.05 or P<0.01),increase ALB activity and GSH activity in rat serum(P<0.05 or P<0.01).These results indicate that the ethanol extract and aqueous extracts of the Lonicera similis Hemsl.had protective effects on liver,and effects of the ethanol extract were better than aqueous extracts.
