摘要 为探索不同烘烤工艺对云烟87上部叶烤后烟叶质量的影响,设置“两炖一停”密集烘烤(T1)、常规密集烘烤(T2)二种烘烤工艺,研究其对烤后烟叶等级质量、化学成分及评吸质量的影响。结果表明:T1处理烤后烟叶等级质量优于T2,其上等烟率、均价达54.5%、23.12元/kg,分别较T2高8.1个百分点和1.7元/kg;T1处理烟叶化学成分整体表现更为协调,其淀粉含量4.89%,较T2低0.14个百分点,而石油醚提取物含量为8.17%,较T2高0.84个百分点,其余化学成分含量均符合优质烟要求;T1处理烤后烟叶评吸得分略高于T2,但差异不大。结果表明,“两炖一停”密集烘烤可在一定程度上改善云烟87上部烟叶质量。 In order to explore the effects of different Flue-curing ways on the tobacco quality of Yunyan 87 upper leaves,“two stew and one stop”intensive Flue-curing(T1)and conventional intensive Flue-curing(T2)methods were set up,to study the effects on grade quality,chemical composition and smoking quality of toasted tobacco leaves.The results showed that the quality of T1 toasted tobacco was better than that of T2,its superior tobacco quality rate and average price were up to 54.5%and 23.12 Yuan/kg,which were 8.1 percentage points and 1.7 Yuan/kg higher than those of T2 respectively.The overall chemical composition of T1 was more harmonious,its starch content was 4.89%,which was 0.14%lower than that of T2.However,the content of petroleum ether extract was 8.17%,which was 0.84%higher than that of T2.The rest of the chemical components were in line with the requirements of high quality tobacco production requirements.T1’s score of smoking quality of roasted tobacco leaves was slightly higher than that of T2,but the difference was not significant.Collectively,we found that“Two stews and one stop”intensive Flue-curing can improve the quality of tobacco leaves to a certain extent.
