不同酸处理对金铁锁种子萌发的影响 被引量:6

摘要 金铁锁种子自然条件下发芽率低且萌发周期长,严重制约其产业化发展。为建立金铁锁有性繁殖的有效技术,本试验探索了不同种类的酸(盐酸、硫酸、柠檬酸)及其不同浓度(5%~20%)和浸泡时间(15~45min)处理金铁锁成熟种子对其发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数的影响。结果表明,不同酸处理均可促进金铁锁种子萌发,但酸的种类、浓度和处理时间的不同其效果有较大差异。不同酸处理对金铁锁种子萌发的促进效果依次为:盐酸、硫酸、柠檬酸。同一浓度盐酸处理下,随着浸泡时间的延长,种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数呈先上升后下降的趋势,15%盐酸处理30min时,发芽率、发芽指数最高,分别为67.22%和111.53%;硫酸浸泡15和30min时,随着浸泡浓度的提高,种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数呈上升趋势,当浸泡时间延长到45min时,种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数呈先上升后下降趋势,15%硫酸处理45min时,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数最高,分别为39.26%、21.48%和55.04%;而种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数与柠檬酸浸种时间的延长和浓度的提高呈负相关,5%柠檬酸处理15min时,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数最高,分别为31.11%、20.93%和44.29%。 As a kind of endangered medicinal plant,Psammosilene tunicoides has great value,but its seeds germination rate is low and the germination time is very long under natural conditions which seriously restrict the development of its industrialization.In order to establish the effective techniques for its sexual reproduction,the effects on germination rate,germination potential and germination indexes by acids(hydrochloric acid,sulfuric acid,citric acid),concentrations(5%~20%)and soaking time(15~45 min)for the seeds germination of P.tunicoides were explored.The results showed that the suitable acid treatment could promote the seeds germination,the effects of different types,concentrations and treatment time of acids shows different,and the effects were hydrochloric acid>sulfuric acid>citric acid.Under the same concentration of hydrochloric acid,with the extension of soaking time the germination rate,germination potential and germination index showed a trend of first increase and then decrease.The germination rate and germination index were the highest when used 15%hydrochloric acid to treat seeds for 30min,reaching to 67.22%and 111.53%,respectively.Under sulfuric acid soaking for 15 min and 30 min,with the increase of concentration the germination rate,germination potential and germination index is on the rise,when the immersion time extended to 45 min,seeds germination rate,germination potential and germination index showed a trend of decline after rising first.15%sulfuric acid soaking for 45 min showed the highest germination rate,germination potential,germination index,reaching to 39.26%,21.48%and 55.04%respectively.All the indexes were negatively correlated with the extension of soaking time and citric acid concentration.The germination rate,germination potential and germination index of Psammosilene tunicoides treated with 5%citric acid for 15min,were 31.11%,20.93%and 44.29%respectively.
