摘要
在进行电力施工或检修工作时,经常需要技术人员进行高空作业。为了保证高空作业安全,必须要规范地使用安全带。但是在实际工作环境中,由于高空作业面相对狭窄,加上工作环境复杂,技术人员的安全带不容易找到一处方便、可靠的系挂点。或是找到了系挂位置,但是该位置并不牢固,带来了较大的安全隐患。本文提出了一种适合电力高空作业的安全带系挂装置,首先对该装置的使用条件、结构特点进行了概述,随后介绍了具体的使用方法,并结合重物坠落试验和现场应用试验,验证了该装置的可靠性和安全性。最后就装置应用中的注意事项以及推广应用价值进行了简要分析。
technicians are often required to work at high altitude in electric power construction or maintenance.In order to ensure the safety of high-altitude operations,it is necessary to standardize the use of seat belts.However,in the actual working environment,due to the relatively narrow working surface at high altitude and the complex working environment,it is not easy for technicians to find a convenient and reliable fastening point.Or find the tie-up position,but the position is not solid,which brings about greater security risks.In this paper,a safety belt tie-up device suitable for high-altitude operation of electric power is proposed.Firstly,the operating conditions and structural characteristics of the device are summarized.Then,the specific use method is introduced.Combined with heavy falling test and field application test,the reliability and safety of the device are verified.Finally,the matters needing attention in the application of the device and its popularization and application value are briefly analyzed.
