Horizontal boilers are the main equipment in the operation of waste incineration power plants.Once the superheater tube burst accident occurs,it will seriously affect the safety of the whole waste incineration plant,and the losses caused are unimaginable.This paper briefly introduces the boiler and high temperature superheater,clarifies the tube burst situation and specific reasons of horizontal boiler superheater,and further discusses the rectification measures and optimization suggestions of horizontal waste incineration boiler superheater,aiming at promoting the effective use of boiler superheater function and promoting the safe operation of waste incineration plant,for the reference of relevant personnel only.
