摘要
本文研究对象是电力工程建设中焊接工艺,首先进行了对焊接新技术的未来展望,以在实际焊接工作中遇到的困难为出发点,希望尝试新的技术和工艺来解决此类困难,采用全位置管焊机焊接排管,并调整了一些钢材焊接工艺,回火脆性及再热裂纹倾向两个特性得到控制,为提升电力工程建设水平做出大胆创新。
The research object of this paper is the welding process in electric power construction.Firstly,it describes the future prospect of new welding technology.It is based on the difficulties encountered in actual welding work.It is hoped that new technologies and processes will be tried to solve such difficulties.The all-position pipe welder welded the pipe,and secondly adjusted some welding techniques,the characteristics of temper brittleness and reheat cracking tendency were controlled,and made bold innovations to improve the level of power engineering construction.
