摘要
针对传统仓储环境下的绝缘子清洗方式常为先水管冲洗,待表面层沉积物松软后再次冲洗、擦拭,需整串解开销钉,进行单片绝缘子表面及伞裙等清洗,物理擦试干燥后组装成串出库(待安装使用)。过程繁杂,工作量不一,清洗质量不高、效率低的问题,通过分析绝缘子的功能结构部件参数和易积污部分,设计制作出专用的清洗模具,“立体旋转支撑构架”、让绝缘子串能在水平和竖直方向上旋转,从根本上改变了传统的人工单片拆卸的清洗方式,避免了重复拆卸过程中对绝缘子的关键锁紧、金属部位等磨损,清洗方式较传统的方式更为科学和可靠,清洁度更高,满足了输电线路停电(带电)检修、消缺作业过程中对于材料的清洁度品质控制的要求,简化了物资仓储中对于物资(绝缘子)日常清洁、保养的工作难度,在紧急抢修中缩短了物资(良好洁净绝缘子)实物出库、使用的固有时间节奏。
Insert cleaning method in traditional storage environment is often the first water pipe flushing.After the surface layer deposits are soft,rinse and wipe again.It is necessary to solve the overhead nails for single-piece insulator surface and shed skirt.After the test,it is assembled into a string out of the warehouse(to be installed and used).The process is complicated,the workload is not the same,the cleaning quality is not high,and the efficiency is low.By analyzing the parameters of the functional structural components of the insulator and the easy-soiling part,a special cleaning mold is designed and manufactured,and the“three-dimensional rotating support structure”is designed and made.The insulator string can be rotated in the horizontal and vertical directions,which fundamentally changes the traditional manual single-chip disassembly cleaning method,avoiding the key locking and metal parts wear of the insulator during the repeated disassembly process,and the cleaning method is more traditional.The method is more scientific and reliable,and the cleanliness is higher.It satisfies the requirements for the quality control of the cleanliness of materials during the maintenance and elimination of power transmission lines,and simplifies the daily cleaning of materials(insulators)in material storage.The difficulty of maintenance work has shortened the inherent time rhythm of materials(good clean insulators)in the emergency repair and use.
