摘要
分析了嫦娥四号探测器探测任务难、产品状态多、搭载管理模式新的特点,总结了在狠抓风险识别与控制、实施差异化质量管控重点、严格搭载接口安全性控制方面采取的主要产品保证工作措施.上述措施有效确保了探测器的产品质量,可为后续航天器研制过程的产品保证工作提供参考.
The Chang'e-4 probe mission characteristics is analyzed including difficult task goals,excessive product states and new management mode for hosted payloads.The main measures of product assurance are summarized such as strengthening risk identification and control,different emphases of quality control and interface security control for hosted payloads.These measures effectively guarantee the quality of Chang'e-4 probe,and the experiences can be used as reference for other spacecraft.
