摘要 非开挖方式敷设的管道通常埋藏深,且多为非金属材质,采用传统导向仪探测方法测定其位置的精度较低,增加了运营管理及后期施工撞管的安全隐患。惯导陀螺仪定位技术是目前唯一可进入管道精准记录管道的空间轨迹、不受管道埋深与材质的影响、可准确地测定深埋管道位置的测量技术,拟结合具体工程开展非开挖管道惯性陀螺仪轨迹定位测量应用研究,为非开挖管道施工竣工验收探索有效的测量方法,评估管道施工完毕后的准确位置,为管道竣工验收测量技术的完善和发展提供参考。 Pipelines laid by trenchless method are usually buried deep and mostly made of non-metallic materials.The accuracy of locating pipelines by traditional guiding instrument detection method is low,which will increase the hidden danger of pipeline collision in operation management and later construction.INS gyroscope positioning technology is the only measurement technology that can accurately record the space trajectory of pipeline,not affected by the buried depth and material of pipeline,and accurately determine the location of deep-buried pipeline.In this paper,combining with specific projects,we carried out the application research of trenchless pipeline INS gyroscope trajectory positioning measurement,and explored an effective measurement method for the completion and acceptance of trenchless pipeline construction,in order to evaluate the exact location of pipeline after completion of construction.This study can provide a reference for the improvement and development of pipeline completion acceptance measurement technology.
