众包平台的商业模式探究——以一品威客平台为例

摘要 随着互联网的飞速发展,众包商业模式正在改变着传统商业模式,并逐渐在业内发展出一种新颖的商业形态。在众包模式下,涉及的角色除了发包方和接包方外,通常还涉及一个十分重要的参与角色,即众包平台。我国众包平台在短期内便取得了极大成功,被业界誉为威客模式。然而,在实际运行过程中,众包平台仍然存在产品质量难以控制、知识产权保护亟待推进、平台存在作弊现象、定价机制不完善及盈利能力一般等问题。基于此,本文以一品威客平台为例,指出众包平台可以通过明确平台价值、调整战略决策、拓宽收入来源、优化定价策略和提升运营能力等措施去升级其众包商业模式,从而在竞争激烈的市场环境中开疆辟土。 As the Internet develops rapidly,the crowd-sourcing business mode is changing the traditional business mode and gradually develops a new business form in the industry.Under the crowd-sourcing mode,not only the senders and receivers are involved,but also the crowd-sourcing platform,which has achieved great success in a short period of time and is known as the wacker mode in China.However,in operation,the crowd-sourcing platform still faces problems like difficulty of controlling product quality,protection of intellectual property,cheating,imperfect pricing mechanism and low profitability.This article takes EPWK platform as an example and states that if it wants to better adapt to the change of the market environment,it needs to improve the customer value and platform value,build lasting competitiveness,expand the profit channel,optimize pricing strategy and improve operational capability.
