长江经济带乡村绿色发展水平研判及其多维解释

Study on the Green Development Level of Rural Areas and Its Multidimensional Interpretation in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

运用熵权法、泰尔指数法分别测度与分析2006—2016年长江经济带11个省市的乡村绿色发展水平和内部差距,并进一步使用面板数据计量经济模型,对影响全流域乡村绿色发展水平的关键因素进行定量甄别。研究发现:长江经济带及各区域乡村绿色发展水平逐步提高,上中下游之间存在明显梯度分布;长江经济带乡村绿色发展水平总体差距具有一定的波动性,但最终持平;区域间差距呈现下降趋势,区域内差距对总体差距贡献率最大,且区域内差距主要集中在上游地区;乡村绿色发展随经济发展呈现先降低后提升的“U型”关系,工业化水平与城乡收入差距的扩大均不利于乡村绿色发展,农户人力资本、财政支农并未如预期推进乡村绿色发展,农户固定资本投资总体上对乡村绿色发展具有正向促进作用。

Entropy weight method and Thiel index method are used to measure and analyze the level and internal gap of rural green development in 11 provinces and cities of the Yangtze River economic elt from 2006 to 2016.And further with panel data econometric models,the key factors affecting the level of green development of the whole valley are quantitatively identified.The results show that:the green development level of rural areas in the Yangtze River economic belt and various regions has been steadily improved,and there is a significant gradient distribution between the upper,middle and lower reaches.The overall gap of the level of rural green development in the Yangtze River economic belt fluctuates to a certain extent,but eventually remains flat;the regional gap shows a downward trend,and the contribution rate of the regional gap to the overall gap is the largest,and the regional gap mainly concentrates in the upstream areas.With the development of economy,rural green development progresses like a U-bend,which first reduces and then improves.The expansion of industrialization level and income gap between urban and rural areas is not conducive to rural green development.Farmers’human capital and financial support for agriculture have not promoted rural green development as expected.Farmers’material capital investment plays a positive role in promoting rural green development in general.
