基于自组织理论的高校“新经管”建设与大学生创新能力培养

On Constructing “New Economic Management” and Cultivating Undergraduates’ Innovation Ability Based on Self-organization Theory

高校作为创新人才的主要培养基地,如何切实有效地培养高校大学生的创新能力,提高我国人才质量,是我国高校亟需解决的问题。“新经管”建设正是以学生为中心,以优化人才培养方案为重点,以培养适应社会发展新需求的应用性经济管理类人才为目标的建设工程。本文尝试通过自然科学的自组织理论为“新经管”建设与培养大学生创新能力开辟新的视角,即从自组织理论开放性、远离平衡态、非线性作用和涨落作用四个特征,出发为高校教学改革提供新思路,具体通过融入新技术,创新“教”“学”方式,打破权威迷信避免学生思维固化,建立竞争协同机制,充分利用社会资源推动学校实践基地建设等措施,使高校教育改革“形”“神”兼备。

As the main training base for innovative talents,how to effectively cultivate the innovative ability of college students and improve the quality of talents is an urgent problem for colleges and universities in China.The construction of“new economy and management”is a construction project that centers on students,focuses on optimizing the talent training program,and aims to cultivate applied economic and management talents that meet the new needs of social development.This paper,by the theory of self-organization of natural science,tries to open up a new perspective for constructing“new management”and cultivating college students’innovative ability,i.e.,starting from the four characteristics of openness,non-equilibrium,nonlinear action and fluctuation effect in the self-organization theory,to provide new ideas for teaching reform in colleges and universities,establish competitive mechanism specifically by incorporating new technology,innovating“teaching”and“learning”methods and breaking down authority superstition to avoid students’thinking solidification and make full use of the social recourses to establish practice bases so as to make the innovation have both“form”and“spirit”.
