摘要 基于学习动机理论、人本主义学习理论、建构主义学习理论、中介作用理论而开展的“角色代入式”课堂演练,强化教师为学生学习导航的职责。本文结合法学专业课堂教学需要创新教学方法,开展法律冲突情境下的模拟法庭教学,编创中英文法律话剧,倡议学生分组担当“教学合伙人”,从而弥补了传统“宣讲型课堂”的不足,使参加课堂演练的学生代入角色后大都自觉、自愿地融入教学,实现了专业思维的拓展和专业分析能力的增强。 The“Role-Plug-in”classroom exercise was carried out based on Theory of Learning Motivation,Humanistic Learning Theory,Constructivist Learning Theory and Theory of Mediation,with the aim of strengthening the teachers’responsibility of learning navigation for students.This paper combines the innovatuve teaching method needed in the classroom teaching of law major by conducting moot court teaching in the context of conflict of laws,composing and creates Chinese and English legal dramas,and advocating some students as teaching partners,making up for the insufficiency of the traditional teaching method of“lecturing-type”and making the students as teaching partners integrating themselves into teaching consciously and voluntarily and realizing the expansion of professional thinking and the enhancement of professional analysis ability.
