大尺度空间薄膜地面振动试验网格膜等效理论分析与数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 针对薄膜结构对空气阻力效应敏感、难以进行全尺寸地面动力学验证试验的问题,提出采用网格膜作为矩形膜面的等效结构进行地面动力学验证试验。建立了矩形膜面与网格膜的动力学等效准则,对网格膜的预应力场及结构参数进行了限定。算例数值模拟表明,在该等效准则的约束下,网格膜与矩形膜面具有基本一致的动力学特性。同时,声固耦合仿真验证了网格膜对空气阻力效应不敏感。 Due to its sensitivity to the air resistance effect,the ground dynamic characteristics validation test of a full-scale membrane structure is difficult to conduct.Therefore,the grid membrane was proposed as the alternative structure of the rectangular membrane to eliminate the air resistance effect when conducting the ground dynamic characteristics validation test of aerospace structures with large-scale membrane.The dynamics equivalent criterion of rectangular and grid membranes were formulated.The values of pre-tension and structural parameters of the grid membrane were defined.The simulation results showed that the dynamic characteristics of the two structures were basically identical under the constraints of this equivalent criterion.Meanwhile,the acoustic-structure coupling simulation results verified that the grid membrane was insensitive to the air effect.
