摘要
针对传统基于二维图纸研制的计划管理模式不适应三维数字化结构协同设计的问题,分析了数字化结构协同设计的特点,围绕三维模型架构层次和信息交互,提出了技术流程逐层解耦的管理方法;应用模糊统计和平衡线调度原理,建立了三维模型投产计划评估数学模型;基于模型层次化的协同方式优化了沟通管理模式。在空间站结构研制的管理过程中,要实现全过程的结构研制管控、调配合理的人力资源、制定科学的投产计划、促进高效的信息沟通,以确保空间站结构研制任务的完成。该计划管理方法为大型复杂航天器结构三维数字化协同设计的计划管理提供了良好的借鉴。
The traditional grogram management method based on two-dimensional drawing is not suitable for collaborative design of three-dimensional(3D) digital structures.In this paper,the characteristics of collaborative design of digital structures were analyzed.The management method of the technical process decoupling in layers was proposed for model architecture and information interaction based on 3D collaborative design.Based on the fuzzy statistics principle and the balancing line scheduling theory,a mathematical model for evaluating production plan was established.The communication management system was optimized based on a hierarchical approach of model information.During the management process of designing the space station structures,the management and control of the whole process was implemented,the human resources were properly allocated and the scientific production plan was completed.Moreover,the information communication was efficiently facilitated and the completion of the space station structure development mission was guaranteed.The program management method can provide good references for the management of 3D digital collaborative design of large complex spacecraft structures.
