Rood技术联合经口间歇胃管置管在脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者康复治疗中的应用

Application of Rood technique combined with intermittent transoral gastric catheterization in rehabilitation of patients with dysphagia after stroke

目的分析Rood技术联合经口间歇胃管置管在脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者康复治疗中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的86例脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各43例。对照组实施经口间歇胃管置管,研究组在对照组基础上联合Rood技术。对比两组治疗前、后的吞咽功能、临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的VGF评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将Rood技术联合经口间歇胃管置管应用于脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的康复治疗中,更利于改善患者的吞咽功能,提高治疗效果,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To analyze the application effect of Rood technique combined with intermittent transoral gastric catheterization in rehabilitation of patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods Eighty-six patients with dysphagia after stroke admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received intermittent transoral gastric catheterization,while the study group received Rood technique on the basis of the control group.The swallowing function before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the VGF scores of both groups increased,and that of the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rood technique combined with intermittent transoral gastric catheterization applied to rehabilitation treatment of patients with dysphagia after stroke is more conducive to improving the swallowing function of patients,enhancing the therapeutic effect and reducing the incidence of complications.
