依那普利联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果

Clinical effect of enalapril combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of chronic heart failure

目的探讨依那普利联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2015年12月至2018年12月在我院治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者80例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予依那普利治疗,观察组给予依那普利联合曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、血压、心率、心功能指标、不良反应发生率、生活质量评分及6min步行距离(6MWT)。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的舒张压、收缩压及心率均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的LVEF升高,LVEDD、LVESD均减小,BNP水平均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组的生活质量评分均低于治疗前,6MWT明显长于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依那普利联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭效果显著,其能有效改善患者心功能,提高患者运动能力和生活质量,且不会增加不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of enalapril combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with enalapril,and the observation group was treated with enalapril combined with trimetazidine.The clinical therapeutic effects,blood pressure,heart rate,cardiac function indexes,the incidences of adverse reactions quality of life scores,6-minute walking distance(6MWT)in two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the diastolic pressure,systolic pressure and heart rates of the two groups decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF increased,LVEDD and LVESD reduced,and BNP levels decreased in both groups,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).In the course of treatment,there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were lower than that before treatment,6MWT were significantly longer than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enalapril combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of chronic heart failure has a significant effect,it can effectively improve patients'cardiac function,enhance exercise ability and quality of life without increasing the risk of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
