磷酸肌酸钠联合美托洛尔治疗小儿扩张型心肌病的效果

Effect of sodium creatine phosphate combined with metoprolol in children with dilated cardiomyopathy

目的探讨磷酸肌酸钠联合美托洛尔治疗小儿扩张型心肌病(DCM)的效果。方法选取2016年2月至2019年2月在我院就诊的DCM患儿80例为研究对象,经简单随机化方法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组37例,观察组43例。对照组给予基础西医治疗,观察组另给予磷酸肌酸钠联合美托洛尔治疗。比较用药前、后两组心功能指标、治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果用药前,两组患者左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室每搏量(LVSV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)无明显差异(P>0.05);用药后,观察组LVEDD短于对照组,LVSV大于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未表现出明显不良反应。结论磷酸肌酸钠联合美托洛尔治疗小儿DCM可改善患儿心功能指标及治疗效果,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of sodium creatine phosphate combined with metoprolol in children with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods A total of 80 children with DCM who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to simple randomization method,with 37 cases in the control group and 43 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with basic western medicine,and the observation group was treated with sodium creatine phosphate combined with metoprolol.The cardiac function indicators before and after medicine,treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular stroke volume(LVSV)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)between the two groups before medicine(P>0.05);after medicine,the LVEDD in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,LVSV was larger than that in the control group,and LVEF was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions showed in the two groups.Conclusion Sodium creatine phosphate combined with metoprolol can improve the cardiac function indicators and therapeutic effect of children with DCM,and it has high safe.
