疑难配血相关影响因素分析及输血处理

Analysis of influence factors of difficult blood matching and treatment of blood transfusion

目的探讨疑难配血相关影响因素并提出相应的输血处理方法。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2018年8月我院收治的25例疑难配血患者的临床资料,分析其疑难配血的影响因素,并寻找针对性的输血处理方法。结果25例疑难配血患者的影响因素依次为不规则抗体(15例),自身抗体阳性(4例),ABO亚型(3例),抗原抗体减弱(2例),非免疫因素(1例)。其中不规则抗体占60%,为首位影响因素。采取针对性的输血处理措施后取得满意的输血效果。结论造成疑难输血的影响因素很多,针对各种影响因素应采取相应的输血处理措施,保证及时给予患者输血处理,有效控制输血异常反应。

Objective To explore the influence factors of difficult blood matching and put forward corresponding blood transfusion treatment methods.Methods The clinical data of 25 patients with difficult blood matching admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,and the influence factors of difficult blood matching were analyzed,and the specific blood transfusion treatment methods were found.Results The influence factors of 25 patients with difficult blood matching were irregular antibody(15 cases),autoantibody positive(4 cases),ABO subtype(3 cases),antigen and antibody weakening(2 cases)and non-immune factor(1 case),among them,irregular antibody accounted for 60%,which was the first influence factor.Satisfactory transfusion results were achieved after taking targeted blood transfusion treatment measures.Conclusion There are many factors influencing difficult blood transfusion.In view of these factors,corresponding measures should be taken to ensure timely treatment of patients'blood transfusion and effectively control abnormal reaction of blood transfusion.
