加味八珍汤联合尼莫地平治疗慢性脑供血不足对脑血液流速及血液流变学的影响

Effect of modified Bazhen decoction and nimodipine on cerebral blood flow velocity and hemorheology in the treatment of chronic cerebral insufficiency

目的探讨加味八珍汤联合尼莫地平治疗慢性脑供血不足对脑部血液流速及血液流变的影响。方法选取我院收治的66例慢性脑供血不足患者,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各33例。对照组给予尼莫地平治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用加味八珍汤。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组VA、BA、ICA及MCA平均血流速度、MoCA评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组全血高切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞变形指数、卡森粘度均优于对照组与治疗前(P<0.05)。结论加味八珍汤联合尼莫地平治疗慢性脑供血不足的效果显著,可改善患者脑部血液流速及血液流变学水平,提高认知功能。

Objective To investigate the effects of modified Bazhen decoction and nimodipine on cerebral blood flow velocity and hemorheology in the treatment of chronic cerebral insufficiency.Methods A total of 66 patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nimodipine,while the observation group was treated with modified Bazhen decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the average blood flow velocity of VA,BA,ICA and MCA and the MoCA scores in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte deformability index and Casson viscosity in the observation group were better than those in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Bazhen decoction and nimodipine in the treatment of chronic cerebral insufficiency has significant effect.It can improve cerebral blood flow velocity and hemorheology level,and enhance cognitive function of patients.
