围手术期护理对乳腺癌改良根治术患者负性情绪及疼痛程度的影响

Effect of perioperative nursing on negative emotion and pain degree of patients with modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer

目的探讨围手术期护理对乳腺癌改良根治术患者负性情绪及疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2017年11月至2018年10月于我院接受治疗的乳腺癌患者64例进行研究,使用Excel随机函数将其分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施围手术期护理干预。比较两组患者的干预前、后心理状况、癌因性疲乏、疼痛感及生存质量。结果干预后,两组患者的焦虑、抑郁、各项癌因性疲乏及疼痛感评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的各项生存质量评分及总分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期护理干预应用于乳腺癌改良根治术患者可改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低其癌因性疲乏及疼痛感,并提升其术后的生存质量,具有重要的临床意义,值得大力推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of perioperative nursing on negative emotion and pain degree of patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods A total of 64 breast cancer patients treated in our hospital from November 2017 to October 2018 were selected for the study.The patients were divided into control group and observation group using Excel random function,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given perioperative nursing intervention.Psychological status,cancer-related fatigue,pain and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the anxiety,depression,cancer-related fatigue and pain scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of quality of life and total scores of the both groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative nursing intervention in patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer can improve their anxiety,depression emotions,reduce cancer-related fatigue and pain,and improve the quality of life after operation.It has important clinical significance and is worthy of vigorous promotion and application.
