品管圈在髋关节骨折患者术后康复护理中的应用效果

Application effect of quality control circle in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of patients with hip fracture

目的探讨品管圈在髋关节骨折患者术后康复护理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2017年5月至2018年5月本院收治的86例髋关节骨折患者的临床资料,按照护理方式的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施品管圈活动。比较两组的干预效果。结果术后4、8周,两组髋关节功能评分、日常生活能力评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动应用于髋关节骨折患者术后康复护理中,不仅可以改善患者髋关节功能及日常生活能力,而且可以降低并发症发生率,提高患者护理满意度,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of patients with hip fracture.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with hip fracture admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given quality control circle activities on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 4 and 8 weeks after operation,the hip joint function score and daily living ability score of both groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of quality control circle in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of patients with hip fracture can not only improve the hip function and daily living ability of patients,but also reduce the incidence of complications and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.It has high clinical application value and is worth popularizing.
