产前个性化心理护理对初产妇焦虑抑郁情绪的干预效果

Intervention effect of prenatal personalized psychological nursing on anxiety and depression of primipara

目的分析产前个性化心理护理对初产妇焦虑抑郁情绪的干预效果。方法选择2017年10月至2018年10月于我院进行分娩的140例初产妇作为研究对象,采用单双号分组方式将其分为干预组和对照组,各70例。干预组给予基础护理联合产前个性化心理护理干预,对照组给予基础护理。比较两组产妇干预前、后的SAS及SDS评分、护理满意度及分娩方式。结果干预前,两组产妇的SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后3、7、15d,两组SAS、SDS评分均明显降低,且干预组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的护理满意度为100.00%,显著高于对照组的84.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的自然分娩率为97.14%,显著高于对照组的85.71%(P<0.05)。结论产前个性化心理护理可以有效改善初产妇的焦虑及抑郁情绪,同时也有利于提高临床护理满意度及初产妇的自然分娩率,具有较高的应用及推广价值。

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of prenatal personalized psychological nursing on anxiety and depression of primipara.Methods A total of 140 primipara who delivered in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study objects.The primipara were divided into intervention group and control group by single or double number grouping,with 70 cases in each group.The intervention group was given basic nursing combined with prenatal personalized psychological nursing intervention,while the control group was given basic nursing.The scores of SAS and SDS before and after intervention,nursing satisfaction and delivery mode were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of SAS and SDS between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3,7,15 days after intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS of the two groups decreased significantly,and those in the intervention group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 84.29%of the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the intervention group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than 85.71%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prenatal personalized psychological nursing can not only effectively improve the anxiety and depression of primipara,but also help to improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing and the natural delivery rate of primipara,which has high application and promotion value.
