翼状胬肉手术前后ORBSCAN参数的变化的临床观察

To observe the changes of ORBSCAN parameters in patients with primary pterygium before and after surgery

目的观察原发性翼状胬肉患者行翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术前及术后ORBSCAN参数的变化。方法选择2018年02月~2018年07月在濮阳市眼科医院就诊的初发翼状胬肉患者,对60例(60只眼)原发性翼状胬肉患者行翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术,比较患者术前及术后3个月的ORBSCAN参数的变化。结果患者术后角膜前表面高度值、角膜散光程度较术前降低(P<0.05)。而患者术前与术后角膜后表面高度值及前房深度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论翼状胬肉患者术后的前表面高度值及角膜散光较术前明显下降。翼状胬肉患者行手术治疗能够降低角膜的散光,改善角膜表面规则度。

Objetive To observe the changes of ORBSCAN parameters in patients with primary pterygium before and after pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell transplantation.Methods 60 patients(60 eyes)with primary pterygium were treated with pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell transplantation from February 2018 to July 2018 in Puyang Ophthalmological Hospital.Changes of the ORBSCAN parameters before and 3 months after surgery were compared.ResultsThe postoperative corneal surface height and corneal astigmatism were lower than those before surgery,which were statistically significant(P<0.05).Was no significant difference in preoperative and postoperative corneal posterior surface height and anterior chamber depth(P>0.05).Conclusion The preoperative surface height and corneal astigmatism of pterygium patients were significantly lower than those of preoperative patients.Surgical treatment of pterygium can reduce corneal astigmatism and improve corneal surface regularity.
