摘要
教师是教学的主体,高素质的教师才能培养出高质量的学生,因此,高校教师可谓高等教育质量提升的核心要素。我国的民族高等教育起步较晚,整体发展水平滞后,而其中教师的专业发展更是长期被忽视,总体上呈现如下问题:“重引进、轻培养”;教师专业培训机会少、内容不全面;教师专业发展的平台少、职能较单一;教师专业发展的团队建设不足、教师多元文化素养有待提升等。促进民族高校教师专业发展,要注重顶层设计,为教师专业发展提供方向和制度保障、加强教师专业发展平台建设、打造特色鲜明的教学和科研团队、加大教师继续教育力度、促进教师多元文化素养提升等,完善教师专业发展的体制机制,促进民族高等教育高质量地发展。
Teachers are the main body of teaching,and are the core of improving the quality of higher education.Minzu higher education started later,and the develop level lagged behind.There are some problems on teacher’s professional development:emphasizing on importing and neglecting training;training opportunities is few and content is not comprehensive;professional development platform is not enough and their functions are single and lack of team building.To promote the development of Minzu high school teacher’s profession,we should focus on the following aspects:pay attention to top-level design to provide direction and system,enhancing the instruction of teacher’s professional development platform,building characteristic teaching and research team,increasing teacher’s continuing education and promoting teachers’muti-cultural accomplishment.
