摘要
随着纺织加工的信息化和智能化,计算机配色日益受到关注,其成功率不仅取决于配色理论和算法,还受限于配色基础数据。在传统的准确性分析方法基础上,增加色域分析,并以分散染料上染涤纶织物建立基础数据为例研讨计算机配色基础数据的合理性。结果显示:5类准确性分析方法可以从不同角度检验基础数据的精准性,以帮助剔除大误差数据;新尝试的两种色域分析方法从平面和纵向三个维度获得色料的可拼配范围,可以协助建立全光谱广色域的配色基础数据库。计算机配色基础数据合理性检验功能的智能化发展,更有利于建立精准的全光谱广色域的基础数据库,以提高一次配色成功率。
As an important part of informatization and intelligentialization in textile processing,Computer Color Matching(CCM)is receiving increasing attention.The success matching rate of CCM not only depends on color matching theory and algorithm,but also is conditioned by its basic data.In this paper,the rationality of basic data is studied.Besides the traditional accuracy analysis,the color gamut analysis is added,and the basic data of polyester fabrics dyed by disperse dyes are taken as an example.Research shows that five types of accuracy analysis methods can verify the accuracy of basic data from different perspectives,which is of help for eliminating large error data.Two kinds of new color gamut analysis methods tried in this paper illustrate the three-dimensional range of the matched color in plane and vertical dimension,which can help to establish the color matching basic data with full spectrum and wide color gamut.It is expected that the function of rationality verification can be intelligentized to further establish a precise and full spectrum wide gamut database and improve the primary color matching success rate.
