摘要
针对微孔节流气体静压止推轴承的静态特性,利用CFX、Solidworks等软件分别对微孔节流、小孔节流、环面节流气体静压止推轴承进行模型建立、网格划分及迭代求解。通过对比分析气膜厚度、节流孔深度等对3种节流类型轴承的承载力、刚度的影响,以及3种轴承的流场流线图,得到如下结论:微孔节流气体静压止推轴承与小孔节流、环面节流气体静压止推轴承相比,具有较好的刚度;微孔节流气体静压止推轴承的气膜厚度为8~11μm、节流孔深度为3~5mm时,轴承静态特性较好;气体从微孔节流器流出后的压力值小于气体从小孔节流器以及环面节流器流出后的压力值,但微孔节流器的耗散效应小于小孔节流器以及环面节流器的耗散效应。
Aiming at the static characteristics of the aerostatic thrust bearing with micro-hole restrictors,the Solidworks,ICEM CFD,and CFX software are applied to build the model,mesh and iterative solution.By comparing and analyzing the influence of gas film thickness and hole depth on the bearing capacity and bearing stiffness of three types of bearings,and the flow field streamlines of the three kinds of bearings,the following conclusions are obtained:First,this bearing with micro-hole restrictors has better stiffness than the other two types.Second,the static characteristic of the bearing with micro-hole restrictors is better when the gas film thickness is 8~11μm and hole depth is 3~5 mm.Third,the gas flows along the radial side evenly after the outflow of the micro-hole,and the flow is smaller and the dissipative effect is small.
