非烃类气体采油技术在互层状超稠油开发实践与应用 被引量:6

摘要 曙一区兴隆台互层状超稠油蒸汽吞吐开发过程中存在注汽压力高、动用不均及高周期低产等开发矛盾,采用氮气、二氧化碳及空气非烃类气体采油技术取得显著效果。通过数理统计方法,分别对三种非烃类采油的油藏和施工适应性分析。分析表明:净总比0.4~0.6、油层4-9层、黏度90000~170000MPa·s、施工工艺为连续注入氮气时氮气+蒸汽采油效果最优;净总比0.5~0.7、油层厚度大于30m、原油黏度大于130000MPa·s、施工工艺为表面活性剂+二氧化碳+蒸汽时二氧化碳+蒸汽采油效果最优;净总比0.4~0.7、油层厚度大于30m、施工工艺为复合催化剂+空气+蒸汽时空气+蒸汽采油效果最优。 During the steam huff and puff development of Xinglongtai interbedded super heavy oil in Shu 1 area,there are contradictions of high steam injection pressure,uneven utilization,high cycle and low production.By means of mathematical statistics,the adaptability of three kinds of non hydrocarbon oil recovery reservoirs and construction is analyzed respectively.The analysis shows that the net total ratio is 0.4~0.6,the reservoir 4~9,the viscosity is 90 000~170 000 MPa·s,the nitrogen+steam recovery effect is the best when the construction technology is continuous nitrogen injection,the net total ratio is 0.5~0.7,the thickness of the reservoir is more than 30 m,the viscosity of the crude oil is more than 130000 MPa s,the construction technology is surfactant+carbon dioxide+steam carbon dioxide+steam.Oil recovery effect is the best;net to total ratio is 0.4~0.7,reservoir thickness is more than 30m,construction technology is composite catalyst+air+steam space-time gas+steam oil recovery effect is the best.
