高校精准资助与资助育人体系研究

Research on Accurate Subsidy and Subsidy System of Sports in Colleges and Universities

当前我国高校家庭经济困难学生的资助政策体系已逐步完善,但在各高校实施家庭经济困难学生资助时在认定对象的精准度方面还存在一些问题,对家庭经济困难学生资助后育人功效重视程度不足,导致资助育人工作无法取得预期效果。为充分发挥资助育人的作用,真正解决高校家庭经济困难学生的成长成才问题,笔者不断深化对精准资助工作的定位和思考,并在资助育人体系上进行了研究与实践,创新性提出了“三多三精准”的资助育人体系,取得了一定的成效。

At present,the system of financial aid policies for students with financial difficulties in colleges and universities has been gradually improved,but there are still some problems in the accuracy of the targets identified when implementing financial aid for students with financial difficulties in colleges and universities.This has resulted in funding efforts that have not achieved the desired results.In order to give full play to the role of financial aid in educating people and truly solve the problem of the growing talents of students with financial difficulties in colleges and universities,the author has continuously deepened his position and thinking on the precise funding work,and has conducted research and practice on the system of financial aid and education.The innovation put forward the“more than three accurate”system of funding and educating people,and achieved certain results.
