应用差示扫描量热法快速鉴别4种中药配方颗粒 被引量:4

摘要 目的利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对三七、西洋参、人参、红参四种配方颗粒进行分析鉴别,弥补传统鉴别方法鉴别中药配方颗粒的局限性。方法 收集三七、西洋参、人参、红参4种配方颗粒,共计20批样品,通过考察确定实验的升温范围、升温速率,用DSC图谱区分这4种中药配方颗粒。结果 确定了使用DSC快速鉴别4种中药配方颗粒的最佳实验条件:升温范围30~400℃;升温速率30℃·min -1 。在该条件下4种中药配方颗粒特征峰温、峰数都存在明显区别。结论 DSC具有操作简便、测量快速、重现性好、谱图易解析和样品用量少等优点,是一种可以快速鉴别4种中药配方颗粒的新方法。 OBJECTIVE To analyze and identify the four formula granules of Rad ix et Rhizoma Notoginseng,Radix Panacis Quinquefolii,Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng an d red Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and to make up for the limitations of traditional identification methods of formula par ticles. METHODS Four kinds of granules of Radix et Rhizoma N otoginseng,Radix P anacis Quinquefolii,Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng and red Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng w ere collected,and a total of 20 batches of samples were collected.After exam i nation,the temperature range and heating rate of the experiment were determine d ,and the four traditional Chinese medicine formula granules were distinguished by DSC. RESULTS The optimal experimental conditions for rapi d identification of the four traditional Chinese medicine formula granules using DSC were determined :temperature range 30-400℃;heating rate 30℃/min.Under this condition,th er e are significant differences in the peak temperature and peak number of the fou r traditional Chinese medicine formulas selected in this paper. CONCLUSI ON DS C has the advantages of simple operation,rapid measurement,good reproducibilit y, easy analysis of spectra and low sample consumption.It is a new method for qu ickly identifying four kinds of traditional Chinese medicine formula particles.
