药物浓度标本保存时间对测定结果的影响

The Effects of Storage Time on Measurement Result of The Drug Concentration of Samples

目的考察EMIT法测定三种药物浓度标本时,标本的保存时间对其测定结果的影响。方法分别测定他克莫司(FK506)、环孢素A(CsA)全血标本和丙戊酸血清标本各20例,将标本置冰箱冷藏至第3、7、14天,重复测定标本,与当天测定结果进行方差分析,观察结果的稳定性。结果 FK506、CsA和丙戊酸的血药浓度检测结果差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 FK506、CsA全血标本、丙戊酸血清标本在冷藏条件下可稳定保存14d。

OBJECTIVE To inspect the different effects of Storage time on measur ement result of the drug concentration of three samples depends on EMIT method. METHODS Survey and evaluate tacrolimus(FK506),Cyclosporine A (CsA) blood samples and Valproic acid blood serum sample,20 each of them.Refrigerate for 3、7、14 days,redetermine them and consider Analysis of Variance,and observe stability of the them. RESULTS The measurement results of FK506,CsA,Valproic acid blood samples have no significant differences( P > 0.05). CONCLUSION FK506,CsA, Valproic acid blood samples can preserve stably for 14 days under the condition of cold storage.
