摘要
抽水蓄能电站机组启动工况较多,其中以背靠背工况启动方式最为复杂,需要对两台水泵水轮机机组的监控、调速、励磁、保护等系统之间的参数、工况进行选择及各设备动作时间轴的相互配合。其现场调试质量直接影响到日后机组在背靠背工况时启动的成功率。本文通过对现场调试参与的实践,总结了相关调试质量控制的方法。为后续类似工程提供参考和启发。
The starting conditions of pumped storage power station units are many,and the starting mode of back-to-back working conditions is the most complicated.It requires the parameters of the monitoring,speed regulation,excitation,protection and other systems of the two pump turbine units,the selection of working conditions and the interaction of the time axes of the various equipment.The quality of on-site commissioning directly affects the success rate of the unit in the back-to-back condition.This paper summarizes the methods of related debugging quality control through the practice of on-site debugging participation.Provide reference and inspiration for subsequent similar projects.
