摘要 本文为了提高带电更换变电站架构500kV耐张单串绝缘子的作业效率并降低作业风险,提出了利用架构搭建作业平台进入等电位带电更换任意片绝缘子技术。以典型变电站架构500kV耐张单串绝缘子为研究对象,首先依据现有带电作业技术标准和工器具型录分析了具备作业条件的500kV架构尺寸、绝缘子串长及型号数量,并计算了作业所需的安全距离与组合间隙等关键技术参数;然后研制了作业所需关键装置;在此基础上进行了作业过程工具以及设备受力分析;最后利用研究成果在实际线路上完成了现场应用。理论分析与实际应用效果验证了变电站架构500kV耐张单串任意片绝缘子带电更换作业技术的可行性,突破了当前无可行作业方法的局限,为带电更换变电站架构500kV耐张单串任意片绝缘子提供了新的有效的方法和思路。 In order to improve the operation efficiency and reduce the operation risk of live substation substation 500 kV tensionresistant single-string insulators,the technology of using the framework to build the operation platform to replace any piece of insulators by equipotential live substation is proposed.Taking 500 kV tension-resistant single-string insulator of typical substation frame as the research object,firstly,based on the existing live working technical standards and equipment catalogue,the size,length and type number of 500 kV frame with working conditions are analyzed,and the key technical parameters such as safe distance and combined clearance required for operation are calculated;secondly,the key equipment for operation is developed.Finally,the field application of the research results on the actual line is completed.The theoretical analysis and practical application results validate the feasibility of live replacement technology for 500 kV tension-resistant single-string insulators of substation frame,break through the limitation of the current feasible operation method,and provide a new effective method and idea for live replacement of 500 kV tension-resistant single-string insulators of substation frame.
