SF6密度继电器故障及处理方式研究

摘要 为保证SF6密度继电器安全运行,促进其效能的最大化,提出加强SF6密度继电器常见故障检修与防治的建议。本文在介绍SF6密度继电器及其工作原理的基础上,针对该类仪器在运行过程中气体泄漏、SF6气体内水分含量较高及绝缘状态下形成寄生回路等现实问题,在解读其成因基础上,提出相应的处理措施。大量实践表明,引起SF6密度继电器运行故障的因素众多,应严格遵照相关规程操作,拟定切实可行的应对方案,保证设备安全运转。 In order to ensure the safe operation of SF-6 density relay and maximize its efficiency,suggestions are put forward to strengthen the maintenance and prevention of common faults of SF-6 density relay.On the basis of introducing the SF-6 density relay and its working principle,this paper puts forward the corresponding treatment measures to solve the practical problems such as gas leakage, high moisture content in SF-6 gas and parasitic circuit running under insulation condition.A large number of practices show that there are many factors causing the operation failure of SF-6 density relay.It is necessary to strictly follow the relevant regulations and work out feasible solutions to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
