发电机紧急排氢电磁阀故障分析

摘要 台山EPR核电项目一期工程发电机紧急排氢通过3台先导式电磁阀控制回路的启闭控制,3台电磁阀采用先2台并联再与第三台串联的方式安装,由于先导式电磁阀必须前后存在压差才能开启的特性,电磁阀串联会造成系统逻辑混乱,导致电磁阀不能正常开启,影响机组安全。本文针对该问题进行了分析研究,最终通过更换直动式解决现场问题。 In the first phase of Taishan EPR nuclear power project,generator emergency hydrogen exhaust is opened and closed through three pilot solenoid valves control loops.Three solenoid valves are installed in parallel first and then in series with the third. Because the pilot solenoid valves must have pressure difference before and after opening,the series connection of solenoid valves will cause system logic confusion,which will lead to the solenoid valves not open normally and affect the unit.Safety.The problem is analyzed and studied,and the field problem is solved by replacing the direct type.
