双模集抄停电实时上报的关键技术研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 本文基于双模通信实现居民用户停电事件实时上报,根据微功率无线/窄带载波双模通信的优势,提供台区智能电能表停电事件主动上报及研判方法,通过对安装在智能电能表中的通信单元进行硬件电路改造、通信协议扩展及软件升级的方式,在智能电能表发生故障停电时,通信单元自动生成该智能电能表的停电事件并主动上报,采集主站接收到智能电能表停电事件后结合终端事件综合研判出低压配变台区故障情况,同时将故障信息推送给供电服务指挥平台,进而实现供电故障主动抢修,提升服务水平。 Based on dual-mode communication,this paper realizes the real-time reporting of residential users'blackouts.According to the advantages of micro-power wireless/micro-power wireless dual-mode communication,it provides a method of active reporting and judging the blackouts of smart watt-hour meters in the station area.By means of hardware circuit modification,communication protocol expansion and software upgrade of communication units installed in smart watt-hour meters,it can be used in smart watt-hour meters. When a power failure occurs,the communication unit automatically generates the power failure event of the smart watt-hour meter and actively reports it.After the main station receives the power failure event of the smart watt-hour meter,combined with the terminal event,the fault situation of the low-voltage distribution transformer station area is comprehensively determined.At the same time,the fault information is pushed to the power supply service command platform,so as to realize the active repair of power supply failure and improve the service level.
