摘要
锅炉压力容器作为电站三大主机设备之一,对电力能源的正常供给起到不可替代的重要作用。但是由于电站锅炉容量较大、持续运行时间长,一些重点部位长期处于满负荷、超负荷的运行状态,内部构件发生磨损、裂纹、腐蚀、过热的几率大幅提升,极易引发安全事故。因此,发电厂对锅炉压力容器的重点部位应定期进行检验,查明故障与损坏原因,针对性地制订出科学完善的维修保养策略。
As one of the three main equipments of power stations,boiler pressure vessels play an irreplaceable role in the normal supply of electric energy.However,due to the large capacity of the power station boiler and the long running time,some key parts are in full load and overload operation for a long time,and the probability of wear,failure,corrosion and overheating of internal components is greatly increased,which is easy to cause safety accidents.Therefore,the power plant should regularly inspect the key parts of the boiler pressure vessel to find out the cause of the fault and damage,and formulate a scientific and sound maintenance strategy.
