论“全能型”供电所建设中的绩效考核管理

摘要 朔州市众辉供电服务公司为了有效促进"全能型"供电所建设,努力探寻有效管理途径,建立合适的"全能型"供电所考核机制,并且完善了供电所的绩效考核管制方法的制定。本文研究梳理了公司内绩效考核的传统管理模式所存在的问题,助力全能型供电所建设,意在推动公司供电所生产经营管理水平不断提升。 In order to effectively promote the construction of" all-round" power supply,Cangzhou Zhonghui Power Supply Service Co.,Ltd.strives to explore effective management channels,establish an appropriate" all-round" power supply assessment mechanism, and improve the performance appraisal control method of the power supply station.Formulated.The study sorts out the problems existing in the traditional management mode of the company's performance appraisal,and assists the construction of the all-round power supply station,which is intended to promote the continuous improvement of the production and management level of the company's power supply.
