摘要 永磁调速器安装在电机和机械负载之间传递扭矩,电动机工频运行,通过永磁调速器的调节机构实现导体转子与永磁转子之间磁场耦合面积的改变,从而实现负载转速变化,是一种适合于恶劣环境的调速技术,大大降低了维护费用和维护工作量,并提高设备可靠性。 The permanent magnet governor is installed to transmit torque between the motor and the mechanical load.The motor runs at the power frequency.The magnetic field coupling area between the conductor rotor and the permanent magnet rotor is changed by the adjustment mechanism of the permanent magnet governor.The speed change is a speed control technology suitable for harsh environments,which greatly reduces maintenance costs and maintenance workload,and improves equipment reliability.
