摘要
基于局部通风理论研究与现场实践,提出以局部通风机供电管理为基础,以风筒管理为重点的局部通风管理方法,实现局部通风机远距离供风。研究表明,“三专”是供电可靠的必要条件和有效方法,风筒管理是实现远距离供风的主要因素。通过一系列有效的风筒管理措施,有效地解决了漏风率高、拐弯阻力大,拐头损坏等问题,实现了局部通风机远距离供风风量的充足和稳定。
Based on local ventilation theory research and field practice, a local ventilation management method based on local fan power supply management and focusing on air duct management was proposed to realize remote ventilation of local fan. Research showed that the "three specialties" were the necessary conditions and effective methods for reliable power supply, and the management of the air duct was the main factor to achieve long-distance air supply. Through a series of effective air duct management measures, the problems of high air leakage rate, large cornering resistance and head damage were effectively solved, the sufficient and stable air supply volume of the local fan was realized.
