摘要 碳酸锂生产中,沉锂母液中的锂含量较高,约占生产总量的20%,如何提高碳酸锂沉锂母液中锂的回收率以及回收锂盐产品的品质对企业生产效益的提高具有十分重要的意义。综述了目前沉锂母液的锂回收生产碳酸锂、单水氢氧化锂以及氯化锂的几种工艺,评价了各种工艺的优缺点。提出由于目前基础锂盐的价格仍处于高位,故根据企业的生产状况,采用合适工艺高效回收沉锂母液中的锂,降低企业生产成本以提高企业经济效益。 In the production of lithium carbonate, the lithium content in the mother liquor of lithium carbonate is higher, accounting for about 20% of the total production, how to improve the recovery rate of lithium in mother liquor of lithium carbonate and the quality of recovered lithium salt products is of great significance to the improvement of productivity effect of enterprises. Several recovery processes for the production of lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide monohydrate and lithium chloride from the lithium mother liquor were reviewed, and the advantages and disadvantages of each process were summarized. It is pointed out that the price of basic lithium salt is still at a high level at present, so according to the production situation of the enterprise, the appropriate process was adopted to recover lithium in the mother liquor of lithium carbonate efficiently, so as to reduce the production cost and improve the economic benefit of the enterprise.
