摘要
严重的冠状动脉钙化(CAC)不仅对冠脉斑块本身特性产生影响,还将增加介入治疗的难度及风险。光学相干断层成像(OCT)是一种具有极高分辨率的冠脉内影像学检测方法,能准确判断冠脉病变特点,从而优化介入治疗策略及冠心病的药物治疗。
Severe coronary artery calcification (CAC) will not only affect characteristics of coronary plaques,but increase the difficulty and risk of coronary intervention. Optical coherence tomography (OCT),as an intracoronary imaging method with extremely high resolution,is capable of more accurately judging coronary lesion characteristics during intervention,then optimizing intervention strategies of coronary heart disease and medication.
